How long before the start time of my event will you arrive?

Depending on the logistics such as the particular venue and the entertainment services you have selected, our event staff will arrive anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours before the start of the performance.

How far will you travel?

Though most of our events are generally located within the NY Metropolitan Area, we will, & have traveled throughout the US & Abroad.

Do you have back-up equipment?

At each & every event that we perform at, we come with back-up of all of our major components. Most importantly we have back-up personnel available as well as equipment.

Do you carry Insurance?

Flipside Entertainment carries all necessary insurance required by venue. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

How will your staff dress at my event?

All of our entertainers and staff are always professionally dressed in formal wear during performance time. Ie.. dark suits or gowns. We make sure our Party Motivators (Dancers) dress in an appropriate fashion for a younger audience.

Will you work with the Event Planner & other vendors that I have contracted?

Yes. Over the past two decades Flipside has worked alongside many Social & Corporate Meeting and Event Planners. We encourage an open line of communication between all vendors in order to execute a successful event.

Are Gratuities Expected and/or appropriate?

If you feel that the Performers & Staff have done a fine job and have exceeded your expectations, then by all means a gratuity is greatly appreciated.
